270° panoramic view
The full-length opening clears the whole front: roll up the canvas and continuous fine mesh reveals the landscape — maximum airflow, insects outside.
The classic ridge tent, reinvented: three doors, a 270° panoramic opening and the elegance of polycotton.
The Altai draws on the ridge and patrol tents that defined a century of camping — then rewrites them for today. Its clever full-length opening turns the entire front into a panoramic window: from inside, the horizon walks right into the tent.
Three doors, fine mesh across 270° and a breathing Tentex® PC21 canvas make this little 5 m² refuge surprisingly airy, even at the height of summer. Come evening, aluminium poles and forged-steel pegs stand firm against the wind.
Packed, the Altai fits a 75 × 30 × 30 cm bag at under 17 kg: the charm of an old-world canvas tent, the practicality of a modern car-boot tent.
The full-length opening clears the whole front: roll up the canvas and continuous fine mesh reveals the landscape — maximum airflow, insects outside.
A unique three-entrance design: move around without climbing over anyone, fine-tune ventilation, and create real cross-airflow in a heatwave.
The ridge-tent profile recalls scout camps and expeditions of another era — in sand-coloured polycotton, it is simply photogenic.
Light aluminium poles, two steel awning poles, forged pegs: up in 5–10 minutes by one person, rock-solid once guyed out.
