Disputes and mediation

In the event of a problem, please contact canvasnomade.com customer service first so we can find an amicable solution. As a consumer you may also use an out-of-court dispute resolution scheme free of charge. The European Commission publishes a directory of national dispute resolution bodies: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. Consumers resident in another EU country can also contact the European Consumer Centre in their own country.

This site and its use are governed by French law. This does not deprive you, as a consumer, of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence (Article 6, Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, "Rome I"). Failing amicable resolution, the competent courts are determined under ordinary law rules (consumers) or the Nîmes commercial court (business customers).
