Where we ship, and what it costs

We deliver to mainland France and eight other European countries. The rates below are per tent, VAT included, and shipping is free from 3 tents in a single order, in every country. The exact amount is shown before payment confirmation.

Delivery time

Your tents ship from our stock in France or from CanvasCamp's European warehouse in Belgium. Allow 3–5 working days between payment and delivery, by tracked parcel, in every country we serve. Times are indicative.

On receipt

Check your parcel on arrival. In case of an anomaly (damaged parcel, missing or non-conforming product), do not refuse the parcel: accept it, photograph the issue and report it to us as soon as possible (at the latest within 14 days) at contact@canvasnomade.com. We handle claims quickly.

Unclaimed parcels

A parcel that is unclaimed, or refused without any noted anomaly, is treated as an exercise of the right of withdrawal: the actual return costs incurred are deducted from the refund, as set out in our terms of sale.
