Terms of sale
Preamble
The online shop canvasnomade.com is operated by SAS ZNT, a French SAS with a capital of €7,500, registered office: 907 A impasse des Fontanes, 30140 Bagard, France, registered with the Nîmes Trade and Companies Register under no. 820 506 129, VAT FR33820506129. Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these terms of sale.
1 — Products
The essential characteristics and prices of the products (CanvasCamp Compact Series tents and accessories) are presented on the product pages. Photographs illustrate the products as faithfully as possible but are not contractually binding. Dimensions are indicative and may vary slightly.
2 — Prices
All prices are in euros, inclusive of VAT (French VAT at 20%), excluding delivery costs, which are displayed before the order is confirmed. The price shown on the product page is the price paid: identical from product page to payment screen. Products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is registered.
3 — Orders
The customer reviews the order summary (products, price, address) before confirming. Confirmation constitutes an electronic signature and proof of the full order. A confirmation email including all order details and the right of withdrawal is sent. SAS ZNT reserves the right not to validate an order in case of an existing dispute, previous non-payment or refused payment authorisation.
4 — Availability
Products are offered while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, the customer is informed as soon as possible and may cancel with a refund or credit note.
5 — Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering, online, using the payment methods offered at checkout via a secure payment provider (SSL encryption, PCI-DSS compliance, 3D Secure strong authentication). The company never has access to the customer's card details. Products remain the property of SAS ZNT until full payment.
6 — Delivery
Orders are delivered in mainland France at €15 incl. VAT per tent — shipping is free from three tents per order — within 5–8 working days of payment. Delivery times are indicative. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of delivery details. On receipt, please check the products; any anomaly (damaged parcel, missing or non-conforming product) must be reported promptly and at the latest within 14 days. See the Shipping page.
7 — Right of withdrawal
Consumers have 30 calendar days from receipt to return their order without giving a reason — a commercial extension beyond the 14-day legal withdrawal right, which remains unaffected. Full details — including the expected condition of returned products and return costs (borne by the customer, approximately €15 for a tent parcel) — are on the Returns page. Refunds are made within 14 days of notification; we may defer the refund until the goods have been recovered.
8 — Warranties
All products carry the French legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, for two years from delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing and conformity defects under normal use; it excludes normal wear, weather- or mould-related degradation, tears from use, lack of maintenance and any modification of the product. In case of a defect, contact us to arrange the return; after inspection the product is repaired, replaced or refunded as provided by law.
9 — Liability
The liability of SAS ZNT is limited to direct, material and foreseeable damage resulting from a proven fault, up to the amount paid for the products concerned, without prejudice to statutory warranties and mandatory provisions.
10 — Personal data
Data collected is used exclusively for order processing, invoicing, delivery and after-sales service, in accordance with our privacy policy and the GDPR.
11 — Complaints, mediation and governing law
Complaints may be sent by email to contact@canvasnomade.com, by phone at +33 (0)7 49 80 09 35 or by post (SAS ZNT, 907 A impasse des Fontanes, 30140 Bagard, France). EU consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge, or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These terms are governed by French law.
