What data, and why?

We only collect the data we need: to process your orders (identity, addresses, phone, email), for invoicing, delivery and after-sales service, and — with your consent — for site audience measurement. No data is ever sold to third parties.

Your data is intended for SAS ZNT and its authorised staff, and for the technical providers strictly necessary to fulfil orders: the cart and secure payment solution, carriers, and the site's hosting provider. Each only accesses the data it needs.

Retention

Data is kept only as long as strictly necessary for its purpose (orders: statutory accounting and tax periods; audience measurement: 25 months maximum), unless the law requires otherwise.
