30 days to change your mind

You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without giving any reason — well beyond the 14-day legal withdrawal period.

How does it work?

Notify us in writing (email to contact@canvasnomade.com or post), then send the product back without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of your notification, to the address we provide. Returns must be sent exclusively to that address — third-party drop-off points are not accepted.

Return costs

Return shipping is at your expense. For a Compact Series tent (a 15–17 kg parcel), expect around €15 from mainland France, depending on the carrier. You can ask us for a precise estimate before shipping.

Condition of returned products

Products must be returned complete, in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging, allowing resale as new. The right of withdrawal lets you check the product as you would in a shop: pitching, unfolding or outdoor use goes beyond that simple check.

Important: our tents are factory-folded in a specific way. Fully unpacking or attempting to refold them can affect the product's value; in that case a proportional deduction may be applied, or the refund refused if the product can no longer be resold as new.

Refund

Refunds are made within 14 days of your notification at the latest, subject to receipt and inspection of the products — we may defer the refund until the goods have been recovered.

Defective or non-conforming product?

That's not a standard return: the legal warranty applies. Contact us and we'll arrange the return, repair, replacement or refund together.
